Bio
I grew up in the Bronx, NY and then central New
Jersey. After High School I received my real estate
license and started work for one of the largest
homebuilders at that time – US Homes.
I worked at US homes for six years in a variety of
roles and positions until I was promoted Community
Sales Manager.
When US Homes closed the NJ division in the mid
1980s, I moved to a small regional Builder – Weiner
Homes. I continued to open and manage new home
communities for Weiner until 1990. Unfortunately,
Weiner Homes could not weather the prolonged
recession of the early 1990's and closed their
doors.
Leaving Weiner, I took the opportunity to help my
Father establish his own Real Estate business and
spent two years managing a resale office for him. My
expertise, however, was in new Home sales so I moved
back into the residential construction industry with
K. Hovnanian. I also discovered and started studying
NLP (Neuro-lingustic Programming) and acquired
several advanced certifications.
I spent many years with K. Hovnanian in a variety of
roles including sales, sales management, quality
management, and finally training. I left K. Hov for
a brief stint in management for Ryan Homes, but
realized my mission is best served by training and
consulting.
Today, I am working on a number of projects. I
consult with a number of small to medium size
companies on performance management, coaching, and
training.
I am expanding outside the real estate industry,
with my passion for training and consulting and have
started exploring Models of Excellence with behavior
patterns
